-Can increase risk of bleeding when taken with blood thinners
-can increase the risk of ulcers and GI bleeds
-use with caution in pregnancy up to 30 weeks and DO NOT use after 30 weeks
-Can trigger asthma attacks in people sensitive to aspirin or NSAIDS
