ANTICIPATION+REPETION= MORNING ROUTINE WITH ACTIVATE MY BODY DOING HOUSEWORK AND I USE AN APP WHICH IS CALLED HABITICA TO EARN POINTS WITH MY HABITS. ALSO DIVIDING THE DAY INTO 4 WINDOWS IT HELPS ME (MORNING, MIDDAY, AFTERNOON, EVENING) FOCUSING ON 2 THINGS IN EACH WINDOW. AND TAKING BREAK TIMES INCLUDING PHYSICAL ACTIVITY (RIDING AND RUNNING)

YES OF COURSE, WE ARE LIKE X-MEN IN THE ACADEMY AND WE HAVE TO FIND OUR SUPERPOWER ROUTINE THAT HELP US TO PUSH THROUGH IN DIFFICULT ENVIRONMENTS
