  • The Power of the Purse was the power to approve new taxes
  • Was a two house legislature, which was made up of the House of Lords and the House of Commons
  • The House of :Lords was made up of nobles that inherit titles
  • The House of Commons was made up of rich people and land owners that had to be elected
