A

Inhibition of IL-2 transcription

Vasoconstrictive:
1. Nephrotoxicity (acute or chronic), hyperkalemia and hyperuricemia
2. Hypertension
3. Neurotoxicity, tremors (resting or intention)

Hyperglycemia due to impaired secretion of insulin (tacrolimus > cyclosporine)
Gingival hypertrophy (cyclosporine > tacrolimus), hirsutism, alopecia
GI disturbance
