Food pyramid
Healthy diet - optimal nutrition guideline (not for young children, elderly, athletes) - amounts of all nutrients & adequate amounts of water - balance of macronutrient & micronutrients (avoid toxicity due to excessive intake)

Mediterranean diet - lower risk of hypertension & CHD - fruit & veg, mix of protein (rare amounts red meat), olive oil, herbs, spice in traditional manner - red wine in moderation
