thrombolysis within 4-5 hrs of Sxs using IV alteplase 2 dissolve blood clots

antiplatelet therapy= aspirin 300mg for x2 weeks

clopidogrel 75mg daily, long term

prophylaxis= atorvastatin, ramipril, warfarin 4 AF
