A

Performance rises alongside arousal until our optimal level of arousal. Beyond this point, performance will decrease
- UNDER = Slow, errors, poor decisions
OPTIMUM = At best, efficient, aesthetically pleasing, Process environmental cues
OVER= Make error (rush), Fast, Frenzy, poor timing
