Multiple client/clinician profiles

A

In order to test multiple client/clinician profiles without setting up individual email addresses for each, you can use a modifier for your email. This is done by adding a plus symbol “+” and unique text between your name and the @ symbol.

For example, Kat would use katya.b+modifier@simplepractice.com

What are measures?

A

Measures are score-based assessments that can be used to track a client’s progress over time. If a customer has sent any Measures through SimplePractice for the client to complete, a visual representation of the client’s responses to these measures will be displayed here.

A

has been marked Inactive, and can be searched when this page is filtered to view inactive clients

When is merging profiles possible?

A

Merging is only possible if at least one of the two profiles being merged is a contact or part of a Couples Profile. It is not possible to merge an individual client profile with another individual client profile

Can a contact be added to a couple profile?

A

contacts can only be added to individual profiles. For Couples Profiles, a different workflow is required. In this case, the customer can add the third party as a custom insurance payer, which will allow the customer to track payments on the Couples Profile

Team members who can’t access certain features?

A

While you will not be able to adjust intake templates within your account, a practice manager, clinician with entire practice access, or your account owner will have the ability to do this
