What is the feature that is often the culprit of online appt issues?

A

The block off! Block off feature is very valuable at tailoring start times and breaks in between appointments. For example, if you have a 40 minute service plus a 20 minute period blocked off after the appointment, clients will only see this appointment as something bookable every 60 minutes.
This feature is also often the culprit for many Online appointment request issues.

What is the main cause of Customers not having their availability displayed?

A

Make sure to check the Allow online appointment requests at the top of the fly-out. If this is not checked, the customer’s availability will not display for their clients.

What is the appointment request widget?

A

The Appointment-request widget is a tool created for customers with a personal website (i.e. Brighter Vision, Squarespace) to include as a way for their new clients to book directly on the customer’s website

What color will the calendar be if “allow online appointment requests” is NOT checked

A

If you see that the blocks are purple instead of blue, this indicates that the Allow online appointment requests at the top of the fly-out was not checked

Is the appointment request widget for new clients?

A

No! The Appointment-request widget is for new clients only. If a potential existing client tries to request an opening through the Appointment-request widget, the system will redirect the existing client to the Client Portal
