A
  • Trauma
  • Rheumatoid arthritis Hx
  • Infective symptoms
  • Systsemic symptoms (malignancy/rheumatological process)
  • Neurological deficit (demyelinating process, cervical cord compression)
  • Ripping/tearing (arterial dissection)
  • MI symptoms

Upper limb sensory or motor disturbances:
- Weakness
- Numbness
- Paraesthesia
