  2. summer colds (as larvae migrate throught the lungs)
  3. foals at 6-8 weks - then 8 wk intervals until 1 yrs old
  4. most anthelmintis are efficacious (fenbendazole, ivermectin, moxidectin, oxfendazole, oxibendzole, pyrantel)
