What was the Long Telegram

A

Written by Kennan, second ranking officer in US embassy in Moscow. Sent a long message to the US stating that communism was a ‘malignant parasite’. It argued that USSR had an expansionist policy that would threaten world peace.
USA and USSR cannot co-exist
