Use your parking brake (handbrake) as your foot brake could be dazzling

Pullover to let them through as soon as it is safe and legal to do so

No one, slow and look both ways before proceeding
Why should you not encourage pedestrians to cross by weaving them across?
Another vehicle may be oncoming

Yes, the cyclist has the same right of way as a pedestrian would on said crossing
What should you do as you approach a zebra crossing?
Slow down and be ready to stop. Pedestrians have priority

Give way to pedestrians, do not move off until the crossing is clear
Which types of crossings are electronically controlled?
Puffin crossings, these have sensors which can detect if pedestrians walk away or need extra time crossing. This type of crossing has a steady amber light.
