Delay Management

A
  1. Pax allowed to disembark after 3hrs or 4hrs US ports
  2. Maybe denied if - PIC determines due safety and or security
    - ATC advises PIC it would cause significant disruption
    - Likely T/O in less than 3hrs 45min(Canada Only)
    - Pax advised they may not be able to re-board if departure is imminent

  2. Food and Water no less than 2hrs from pushback or landingUnless - PIC determines safety and or security reasons
    - Would cause further delay
