Decreasing automaticity by slowing down the rate of spontaneous phase 4 depolarization
Increases ventricular fibrillation threshold

A
Hypersensitivity
Do not treat ectopic beats if heart is less than 60
(Give atropine to raise heart rate)

SA node depression
Hypotension
