Rapid Sequence Induction

A
  1. Induction agent - Etomidate 0.3mg/kg
  2. Muscle relaxant - Scoline 1mg/kg
  3. Apply cricoid pressure (Sellick Maneouvre)
  4. Choose appropriate tube size (7.5 is standard)
  5. Use bough if needed
