GI Fuji 7
Flowable, high fluoride releasing (6x more than others, releasing up to 24mnths to help decay) moisture tolerant material. Is pink in colour thus easy to identify. Therefore, we do not need to isolate and it is self bonding. Acid tolerant as it creates a strong acid resistant fused layer,
10sec mixing time and 4min setting time.
Recommended for protection of enamel and fissure in newly erupted teeth, temp for endo access, intermediate resto,hypersensitivity protection and control.
However, is not tolerant to wear and thus only used as temp.

What are spills
Our university uses permite amalgams which has high copper blend to reduce y2 content. Has a spherical and lathe cut.
Composition is 56% ag 47.9 mercury. 27.9 tin, 15.4 copper, 0.5 in. .18 zinc,
Ect is extra carving time, it is green cap. There is also blue cap which is fast setting, yellow axial is slow setting and grey is normal. Spills are the amount of amalgam in capsule. Pink is 1, blue is 2, yellow is 3, green is 5.

Used for , long term (fissure sealants or long term temps
Very wear resistant, has a tooth like coefficient for expansion and releases fluoride.
Mixing time is 10sec
Can be used as a core material to fill bulk of restoration or as intermediate restorative material (e,g, IRM)

Generally used as bulk fill material
Same properties as fugi 9 but extra fast setting, extra fluoride release,
Extra translucency,
Extra strong.

Whit bottome with syringe tip
Is teh fast setting version of fugi 9 normal. Is a stronger. Wear resistant multipurpose resto material.
Used for:
Class 1 and 2
Intermediate restoration IRM
Long term resto
Final resto for non stress areas e.g. Class 3?
