Treat PPL with respect
- Employees treat all customers citizen and CSFD employees an property with courtesy and respect.

Use Chain of Command
Expected to use chain of command in business related communications.
Employees should attempt to address and resolve conflict at the lowest level when appropriate. But can always contact HR
Operating motor vehicles
If revoked- must immediately notify supervisor in writing and cease operating vehicle. failure to notify is violating #27 standard of conduct for COS
-Report any ticket, moving violation, dui etc to supervision by next business day.
Strive towards betterment of CSFD
Do not engage in activities which are in direct conflict with professional duties
- subject to city code of ethics
- can not use authority to support political candidate
Tell the truth
- not knowingly misrepresent in court etc

- conduct yourself in professional manner
- no tolerate discrimination policies 24 and 33 sworn policies and city civilian policies

5.APM 410 uniforms and clothing must adhere - no gambling
Criminal Charges
- must notify immediate supervisor and criminal charges 5 working days

- personal info only used for assigned duties not general curiosity

- accidents reported to supervisor, LTC, and CSPD

Work Schedule
0800 start time no later, remain on shift until relieved
