- organisms isolated here are pneumonia associated (S. pneumo, S. aureus, H. flu, Enterics, Pseudomonas, TB)

  • adults: E. coli, S. pneumo, Group A strep, N. gonorrhoeae, Chlaymdia (sexually active women)
