It has increased especially in Asia it would be classified as having an urban population (more than 50%)

A megacity is a city that has a population of 10 million people
How has the number and location of megacities changed over time? Where are they and where has the greatest growth occurred?
In 2014 there was 28 megacities by 2030 there will be 41 megacities
What is a primate city?
A primate city is the largest city in its country or region, disproportionately larger than any others in the urban hierarchy
