A

Suburbanisation is when developed cities become too crowded and polluted, people who can afford it move out of the city centre to the new suburbs. Often the edge of cities when land is cheaper and the air is cleaner. This happens because of urbanisation.

A

Shops need to accessible to as many people as possible so they are usually found in city centres, which have good transport links. Some cities, the edge of the city is most accessible, often by the motorway loading to growth of out of town shopping centres.
