What is SUNCT syndrome?

A

Short-lasting unilateral neuralgiform headache with conjunctival injection and tearing. Also have ptosis, lacrimation. May be secondary to CPA AVM.

A

LMN lesion: Rx with bethanechol (cholinergic agonist)
