Define each of the three key elements of an operations system giving an examples of each for a bakery.
Inputs relate to the resources used in the production process. These can include natural resources, physical resources, human resources, financial resources, information from a variety of sources and time. For example in a bakery the inputs can include flour, yeast and sugar.
**Transformation process relates to the conversion of inputs (resources) into outputs (goods and services). ***For example in a bakery the convention the convention oven bakes the bread.
Outputs relate to the end result of a businesses efforts- the service or product that is delivered or provided to the customer
Give a contemporary example using Mcdonalds
eg. mcdonalds
