A

Basal Cell Carcinoma. A non healing ulcer. Not malignant, but can kill by relentless local invasion? Local excision with 1mm negative margins.

Squamous Cell Carcinoma. Can metastaize to lymph nodes. Local excision with 0.5-2cm margins, nodal dissectionand radiation if necessary.

Depth of invasion! 4cm = you’re probably doomed.
