The lower the size of the working population the less people willing and able to work.
Factors influencing the supply of labour: Non-monetary characteristics of the job
The less non-monetary characterstics there are for a specific job, e.g. anti-social working hours, low job security, poor working conditions, low occupational pension scheme etc., the lower the supply of labour.
