A
the cruise alt in still air for minimum cost when operating in ECON mode, and for minimum fuel burn when in LRC or pilot selected speed modes.
does not consider the effect of temp deviations from ISA or cruise winds at alt

cruise alt that accounts for forecast winds and temp along along the route
may yield additional costs or fuel savings relative to opt alt
