3.6.1 PCCWST and Spent Fuel Pool Makeup - Long Term Shutdown

Long term makeup to the PCCWST and the SFP shall be FUNCTIONAL

APPLICABILITY: MODES 1 - 6
When irradiated fuel assemblies are store in the SFP

• NOTES -
  1. Makeup flow path to the PCCWST is only required to be FUNCTIONAL when the core decay heat is > 4.0 MWt.
  2. Makeup flow path to the spent fuel pool is only required to be FUNCTIONAL when irradiated fuel assemblies are stored in the spent fuel pool.

ACTIONS
A. Required long term makeup to the PCCWST is not FUNCTIONAL, restore within 14 Days
B. Required long term makeup to the SFP is no FUNCTIONAL, restore within 14 days

3.6.2 Hydrogen Igniters

Answer 2

Functional based on table (Location vs number of required igniters)

APPLICABILITY: MODE 1 and 2, MODE 5 with the RCS pressure boundary open,
MODE 6 with upper internals in place, and MODE 6 with cavity level <23 feet above the flange

ACTIONS
One ore more required igniters not FUNCTIONAL, restore within 14 days.
