Surface immunoglobulin (IgG)
TdT negative
C-MYC gene translocation t(8;14)
Deeply basophilic cytoplasm containing VACUOLES
Associated with Epstein-Barr virus, children present with jaw/facial bone tumors or an abdominal mass
