A

NfKB and MAP kinase modulation
Increase RAGE expression via. NfKB activation
Highly active in diabetic patients

Cause:
Oxidative stress
Adhesion and transmigration
Vascular permeability/ blood pressure

Hence:
Induce insulin resistance
