1. Accuracy - Has to be correct to be relied upon
2. Completeness - With only part of the required information it is worthless / missing information
3. Level of detail - Too much/ too little information will make decision making difficult

Explain 3 reasosn why the data needs to be kept confidential (6 marks)

1. Comply with the DPA so personal data is kept securely.
2. Data within the company might be commercially sensitive so competitors might take advantage of if they could see it.
3. Companies reputation damaged if sensitive data lost/stolen.
