AP/SP Disc button pushed, AP Eng button on FCP pushed, AP Disc switch bar pushed down, TOGA buttons pressed, STAB Trim manually operated, wind shear warning (after 2 seconds), excessive attitude, one or both FCCs fail, both yaw dampers disc or fail.
