  2. Alienated followers: -passivity is common, may use critical thinking. Described as angry, complainers, unhappy and uninvolved
  3. “Yes” people –will do what they are told to do with enthusiasm and support the leader. Don’t like being in a position of decision making
  4. Sheep followers –passive, dependent. Others can manipulate, don’t take initiative and must be given clear concise directions.

  2. Contributors –does the job well, embraces change and works well with others. doesn’t work toward the same vision as the leaders. Doesn’t want more responsibility. Might have other family or outside issues.
  3. Politician:-very sensitive and skilled with interpersonal relationships. Demonstrates a high level of general work performance but may neglect the job. Procrastinates. Too lazy
  4. Subordinate: may be competent with assigned tasks and do the job well. No commitment to improving or effort to support the leader.
