Q

What are the stages of meiosis?

A
  • the DNA duplicates so that there are two of each chromosome
  • the chromosomes are lined up then split so that each cell has only one of each chromosomes
  • the arms of the chromosomes are then pulled apart so that their are four gametes each with only a single set of chromosomes
