What happens when pseu light illuminates in flight?
It won’t, inhibited from from thrust advance to 30secs after touch down.
Why does the proximity switch electronic unit illuminate?
Fault in pseu, over wing exit fails to disengage when commanded.
When does the landing gear warning cutout switch not work?
When flaps are greater than 10 and below 200ft
When will the altitude readout box turn Amber when deviating away from selected altitude?
200-900ft.
What does pushing the BELOW GLIDESLOPE
P-inhibit
do?
Inhibits below glideslope alert below 1000ft rad alt.
Why does the gpws inop illuminate?
GPWS computer malfunction or power loss.
Or invalid inputs.
Where does the gpws receive its inputs from? (7)
Radio altimeter, ADIRU, ILS receiver, FMC, IRS, stall management computers or the EFIS control panel.
What does the terrain inhibit switch do?
Inhibits look ahead terrain and terrain display.
Solid red terrain display?
Look ahead terrain warning active.
Solid Amber on terrain display?
Look ahead terrain caution active.
Dotted red on terrain display?
Terrain 2000ft above
Dotted Amber?
Terrain 500ft (250ft with gear down) below a/c up to 2000ft above a/c.
Dotted green on terrain display?
Terrain 2000ft below to 500ft (250ft with gear down) below a/c.
Note terrain within 200ft of airport elevation does not show.

No terrain data available.

When there is a look ahead terrain alert and
