A

transforming growth factors- is a secreted protein that performs many cellular functions including cell growth, cell proliferation, cell differentiation, and apoptosis

morphognetic proteins- osteoinductive proteins initially isolated from demineralized bone matrix. they induce differentation, promote endochrondal ossification, and regulate ECM production

fibroblast growth factors- have both acidic and basic forms, increase proliferaiton of chondrocytes and osteoblasts, and also stimulate angiogenesis.
