respiratory distress - asthma only (if pt is in severe distress and unable to use neb)

allergic reaction - systemic, acute urticaria/angioedema

anaphylaxis - respiratory distress, threatened airway, hypotension

respiratory distress - asthma only: 0.3mgSC
use with caution if over 40 years, heart disease or b/p >150s

allergic reaction - systemic: 0.3mg IM

anaphylaxis: 0.3mg IM

asystoly/pea/vf/pulseless vt for ET use: 2mg in 10CC NS, 1x via ET if no IV/IO line
