It is up to the customer, you would not want to use the words always for example.
What are ‘business Rules’ within RE?
Business rules are system prefrences. They are pre-defined or user-defined prefrences that control functions and displays throughout the program. Business rules are accessed from configuration on the navigation bar. Business rules to everyone (global) unless specified that they apply to certain security groups when setting up the rules.
What are you not to say when moveing a customer to level 2?
You are not to say move or get you to a different level when transfering a client to level 2.
