The lavender plant at the top. Heat the water so the water vapour will pass through the lavender plant evaporating the plant oil . Next the mix of water vapour and lavender oil will go through a cooling tube and condense to for a liquid. Finally separate the water and lavender oil to be left with pure lavender.

Fruit/seeds/nuts crushed the pul is squeezed the oil then speeches out any water and impurities are removed the remainder is dissolved in a solvent and the solvent and the oil is separated through distillation to give you olive oil
