A

Manchester airport opened in 1975, abroad holidays were more appealing
Hot climates were more appealing
Richer tourists stopped going so casinos and theatres closed

Stag and hen nights dissuaded tourists.

Butlins closed down many hotels in the 1970s. Ruined economy.

Animals ie cheetahs change behaviours for hunting to avoid tourists.
Coral reefs damaged by anchoring.
