A

Colchicine 500ug bd - binds to tubulin in neutrophils and disrupts neutrophil functions including migration and chemokine secretion

Anakinra (Interleukin 1 receptor antagonist)
Etanercept (TNF alpha inhibitor)
Type 1 interferon
