Who will be the Incident Commander during a Rapid Mobilization as a result of an immediate unusual disorder/ emergency incident?

Platoon Commander
Once the CO/DC arrives, the PC will assume duties of Operations Officer in the field command post.

Note: Patrol Supervisor may activate a Level 1 thru radio during emergency incident but will consult with CO/DC prior to activating a Level 1 for a Missing Person investigation, absent exigent circumstances.

Who are the only ones that will have their radios on while responding in a van to level 2,3, or 4 mobilization Points?

How many prisoners can be transported inside Patrol Wagon with their AO during Large Scale Arrest procedures?

No more than 20 Prisoners with their AO/Assigned Off, and One Supv, transported to station house.

1/5 x 4= 20 Prisoners and 4 AO assigned to 1 Supervisor

Respond if scheduled for duty on next platoon or on RDO.

If mobilized Off-Duty, respond to Permanent Command. However, the 3 Wise Men can use Alternate MP, which are determined by MOS residence:

Westchester, Rockland, Orange or Putnam- 50 Pct

Nassault and Suffolk-

South of LIE= Baisley Pond Park 113 Pct.
