2oz habanero rum
2.5 oz (70g) frozen pineapple
1/2 small scoop of ice. 
Blend on number 2. In hurricane glass, 1oz strawberry Purée, pour blender directly into bottom of glass.

.5 oz simple syrup
1 dash bitters 

Add sweet lemon to glass THEN grill halfway with crushed ice. Fill the rest with regular ice. In shaker combine vodka, triple sec, simple syrup and bitters. Fill with ice and shake. Strain into glass and top with soda water.
