  2. creating research design (plan to collect and analyze data)
  3. choice of research method (secondary data, primary data)
  4. selecting the sampling method (probability vs non-probability)
  5. collection of data(pre-test, main test)
  6. analyze the data
  7. Writing report and presentation of the data
