A meal using the guide lines of the my plate would be like a plate filled halfway with fresh washed juicy strawberries and oven roasted fresh green Brussel sprouts with a big juicy turkey burger grilled with organic cheese a fresh slice of tomato and whole wheat buns with a large glass of cold 2% milk . This would be a healthful meal because the strawberries are the fruit section the Brussel sprouts are the veggies the burger is the meat the tomato is a veggies the cheese and milk are dairy and the buns are grain .
