A

Leaders are born not made

Focus is on the leader not the job

Leaders have common characteristics

Emphasis on leadership selection

Critique :
People like to see leaders as gifted
Traits have some association with leadership
Useful during recruitment and selection

But:

No consensus on traits
Traits become predestined
