A

IV access (venflon/central line)
Catheter
Rehydrate 0.9% saline (FLUIDS FLUIDS FLUIDS)
Initiate calciuresis: ).9% saline, frusemide
IV pamidronate 30-60mg (hold off)

Avoid thiazides
