Son adjetivos q usamos para comparar cosas e indicar q cosas son parecidas, diferentes, iguales…
Pueden crear dudas en cuanto a que preposición las acompaña.
Por ello lo mejor es memorizarlas.

Un km es lo mismo q 1000 metros

Este libro es el mismo que ese

Tu botella es diferente a la mía

Tu coche es el mismo que el mío

Entonces es diferente del mío, aunque es parecido

This book is the same as that one (si en lugar de ese pusiera eso no haría falta poner “one”)

Your bottle is different from mine

Is your car the same as mine?

Therefore it is different from mine, although it is similar
