A
Oneiroid psychosis is not strictly speaking a subtype of schizophrenia. If refers to situations whereby a patient appears in a dream-like state due to them being immersed in their own version of reality. Patients in an oneiroid state are characteristically perplexed and disorientated in time, place, and person.
