during a sentence a victim or victims family statement can give either oral statement or written statement to the judge on the impact of the crime on their lives

When the offender pleads guilty to the crime, which courts look favourably as it saves time money and trauma

you must acknowledge the magistrate court of your responsibility for the offence and both prosecution and accused must agree
