-Parental virus
-Antigens:
HB core antigen, HB surface antigen, HB DNA , HB e antigen
-Antibodies:
Anti HBS
Anti IgG HBC
Anti IgM HBC
Anti HB e
-If chronic can lead to hepatocellular carcinoma/ end stage disease
-Treatment: oral antivirus/ pegylrated interferon
